STEP 2:

Indicate what plan you wish to participate in (bottom of the questionnaire):

Plan A:

$250/initial payment + $43/mo for 11 months

Plan B: 

$60/mo for 12 months

Plan C: 

$720 paid in full 

STEP 3:

Click Send 

Step 4: 

Navigate to the Donate page to set up your payments.

Once we receive your sponsorship questionnaire, we will send you a sponsorship card with the information about your child!
